NFL Teams Abuse Rooney Rule, Its Time For Black National Football League

Considering that the NFL is 70 percent black players and yet has a top heavy white coaching structure of friends hiring friends, and it’s 2018, it’s time to admit the Rooney Rule is not working. Why not just start a black national football league.
